I have been with this agent now for more than 20 years. I have never had an issue with anyone at this office and have stayed with them because of the wonderful customer service all of the staff at this location has provided me. I would refer anyone to them in a heartbeat. They have always been good for peace of mind and I have never worried about them not being there for me or my family. Kudos to an awesome agent and fantastic group of professionals.

We chose State Farm for home insurance coverage of our property in Indiana. Previously, my mom and I have always had policies with the company because the the friendly customer service and ease of filing claims. In 2016, there was a wind, rain and hail storm that resulted in roof damage. We filed a claim and the process was easy and our agent was responsive. Jill & Kaytlyn have been fabulous! They are so helpful and treat you like they have known you for years. I am so pleased with these ladies, I just transferred to this agency from MO and I could not be more pleased! They both have gone above and beyond to help me!

I spoke to State Farm in August 2022 3about my bill being lower. He advise me to have the good driving app in my car. He said I will get a discount on January 23. However my bill went up. I called customer service and they said there was an rate increase of 19% that is way to high Please advice

On the Auto Insurance side, 1 star only because I couldn't proceed with no stars. My review is for State Farm, not the earnest, patient, and courteous service reps. State Farm's availability to the customer is well protected behind an automated attendant that can take 5 - 10 minutes to navigate, that repeatedly directs you to use the app, only to find out your gut was right and you can't get the answers you need or the person you need to talk to via the app. If you persist with the phone call and manage to get connected to t... read more

State Farm is not a good neighbor. They are absolutely the worst! After a recent hail storm that affected a 1 to 2 block radius around my house my home was devastated. I have asphalt coming off my roof when it rains, my plant collection was shredded, and my house looks like its been hit by bullets. State Farm denied my claim. To add insult to injury more than half (22 so far) of the surrounding homes-not covered by State Farm are currently in the process of having their roofs replaced and homes painted. Terrible company.

statefarm is horrible and lied to me about my cancellation date,THEY SENT ME A CANCELLATION NOTICE FOR JANUARY 17 2023 AND THEN CANCELLED IT ON DECEMBER 1 2022.
