Communication was great and Joanna helped make the refinance process go smoothly. The only issue, is clients should be able to pick their own appraiser. I could of paid $105 less for the same person that Penbo management group ended up hiring. I was told I could not have her and had to go through Pendo, yet she is the one they hired anyway and charged me way more than what her cost was.

Everything was made as simple as possible. Joanne and her team we're always available, even on weekends, and responded very timely to every issue and question. No one seemed to drag their feet. When one step was finished we were quickly on to the next step. From the first phone call, to closing at my kitchen table, everything was pleasant and smooth. Thank you!

Joanna at Churchill gave me information up front when I called. She was forthcoming and understanding of not hitting my credit until I decided to go with Churchill. She was so helpful to answer my questions. Uploading my documents was so simple through the Churchill app. It couldn’t have been any easier. Linda, the senior loan processor was in communication with me on a regular basis and guided me through the documentation process. She was quick to respond to an email or a phone call. A+
