There was minimal interruptions through the whole process and any questions I had were quickly answered including a cold call to Joanna while in the drive thru at that bank requesting additional info for the cashier's check. Very professional and easy to work with. I've not received the first payment coupon or seen the ability to set the payment up online yet, but the actual mortgage process was great all the way down to having someone come to the house to sign the papers. Great service!

Joanna was happy to answer our many questions and always did so in a timely manner. She provided lots of detail and kept us updated on the progress of our loan. Honestly, I was a little worried that this process would be time consuming and difficult because we were choosing to do manual underwriting, but it was just as easy as getting a loan based on a credit score. We don't plan to purchase another home soon, but if we did we would definitely want to use Joanna and Churchill.
