Communication was great and Joanna helped make the refinance process go smoothly. The only issue, is clients should be able to pick their own appraiser. I could of paid $105 less for the same person that Penbo management group ended up hiring. I was told I could not have her and had to go through Pendo, yet she is the one they hired anyway and charged me way more than what her cost was.
