Joanna was happy to answer our many questions and always did so in a timely manner. She provided lots of detail and kept us updated on the progress of our loan. Honestly, I was a little worried that this process would be time consuming and difficult because we were choosing to do manual underwriting, but it was just as easy as getting a loan based on a credit score. We don't plan to purchase another home soon, but if we did we would definitely want to use Joanna and Churchill.

My situation was tough. I had a HELOC on my title from many years ago that I wasn’t aware of. Everyone at Churchill was so patient and kind to me, even when I was frustrated because I just didn’t understand the process. I am so thankful for all of the kind people I worked with.

Joanna and her staff stayed in constant communication throughout the process. I've have refinanced a previous mortgage once before and this one, by far, was the easiest. Any question I had (if not already answered) was promptly answered.
