The communication and battle of paperwork and the approval process drug on way to long with no explanation . I am truly disappointed in the people that are working behind the scenes and the lack of communication they had with Joanna. it felt like they lost the paperwork or they just left it and only picked it up when Joanna would call in. I felt like communication was lacking at times, particularly during closing and what to expect next. In fact, we have not heard from anyone since we signed the closing documents, so I assume we're done and we'll get a bill when the mortgage is due, but I'm not even sure. There were times I had to ask for clarification as to what documents, exactly, were needed or who was responsible for getting those documents. The issue with depositing cash did result in extra leg work on my end to secure a secondary option if Churchill chooses not to assist. Churchill should ask a few questions to start just in case other people are in a similar situation.
