At the end of our loan processing, there were delays in both processing and communicating ther reason for said delays. As a result the closing was pushed back. We didn't receive a definite closing date until a few days before, although we asked for an approximate date multiple times. Still, Churchill did a good job of communicating and educating during the preapproval process and was proactive in getting our loan started.
