Let me start off by saying that I was so nervous about buying a home and Joanna made me feel at ease and she walked me through the entire process and accepted all my calls and texts and I am grateful that Dexter sent us to her she will get my business and I will refer her to all my friends and family.Joanna and again I say thank you for your patience and help with the Jackson family we are forever grateful.

Joanna was truly a pleasure to work with. She was so prompt, professional, and personable. Being a first time home buyer during a pandemic can be a bit stressful, but she seriously made the process so painless. I got a fantastic rate and feel like I will probably never have to refinance. We were able to do literally everything via email and electronic signature besides the closing. Closing was quick and easy. Coming in I thought this was going to be a stressful and a long process but it was actually the opposite. Joanna was very informative and let me know what everything meant along the way being a first time home buyer.

Joanna was so very easy to work with. She was extremely pleasant and patient with us throughout the process as we were first time home buyers.
