I was referred to Joanna by my realtor when I had some issues with my other loan company closing on time. Joanna make the process to apply super easy. She always kept me updated when there were changes and was always super easy to get ahold of. There were some delays in my closing, none of which were here fault, but she kept pushing them until they got it right. She really kept me together when I was overwhelmed as a first time home buyer. I’m very thankful for all of her hard work!

Joanna Theismann is who you want if you are in the process of buying a new home. As a new home buyer I was nervous about the process because of horror stories you hear LOL and let's just be honest I had no idea what I was doing or how the process truly worked. I went into this process knowing nothing about what I was getting myself into. I was prequalified a year ago through another lender and actually backed out because they did not make me feel comfortable about the process at all.
