Joanna was great! She went above and beyond to include giving great information and recommendations in regards to property tax exemptions and the local community. She simplified the tedious paperwork process, and made our home-buying experience enjoyable!

We truly enjoyed working with Joanna and would highly recommend her. It is never an easy process to coordinate a cross country move, but Joanna made this part of the process very simple. She easily matched a competitor's quote for us to give us the best rate available and made sure to promptly take care of any errors on the disclosure. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Joanna was throughout the entire mortgage process. We are first time home buyers, and everything about the process was new to us. I've lost track of how many times I emailed and/or called Joanna with questions, and she always responded quickly and graciously. Joanna was awesome to work with in getting our home loan. She was very informative and gave us the best loan options. We talked with several banks and they could not beat the loan rates and customer service provided by Joanna. She was always in communication with us, she is honest and honors her word. Delmar Financial was recommended to me by a son who is in the real estate business, anbd we were very pleased to work with Ms. Theismann. The office is convenient, her support staff work well, she was highly organized, and the transaction went smoothly.
