I am a repeat customer, since the beginning of Joe's AC repair operation , so I have witnessed how he does business. I appreciate that just like you've always done, your guy fixed the AC...not try to sell me a replacement. That's why I call you by the way. Because i know u will try to fix my old AC, not sell new systems I can't afford, and the work you do is NEEDED. You've never cheated me, and it seems your guys follow the same model. They fixed a old, old window unit and didn’t work out (to old) they refunded my money because they said they guarantee their work! great customer service ethics.
