Joe worked with me for probably 8 months to secure my loan for my new construction. With what seemed like endless delays, he was honest and told me what to expect and made recommendations along the way. In the end, he was able to provide me with an amazing rate and somehow surprised me with lower closing costs than I expected. Joe was great to work with and has an awesome sense of humor.
