I worked with Joe July and August if 2020. I needed a competitive loan with low costs. The kicker was I was shopping for a lender that could complete a loan in 25 days. Most were quoting 45 days plus. Joe commits to 25 days and he and his team (Wendy and Sarah) got the job done. Great rate, very competitive (I say low) loan costs and fast closure. The process was smooth through closing with no surprises. 10 minutes at closing. Super smooth. Great job!
