We had an issue with our lender related to a low appraisal and called on Joe and his team to help halfway through the process. Not only did they come through with a better appraiser, the closing was only delayed TWO DAYS! They turned the entire loan around in just three weeks, which was VERY impressive. Highly recommend them.
