I drove to the service department because I believed my battery was bad. Service rep Juan Soto was working and immediately helped me. He was patient, thorough, and explained the process step by step. He even had a sense of humor and put me at ease. When I left, I felt like I had a friend. I have never had better service anywhere. I will return to Joe Myers because of Juan.

Our experience with Dennis DeLaCruz the salesperson what outstanding. My wife is a hard negotiator. We went on to Craig in Finance with a good rate and he sold my wife a MPP warranty. All so far was as promised. If in the market for new or used I would definitely recommend Joe Myers Ford on the NW Freeway. Hope you keep these folks around, they make a great dealership.
