The work on my SUV was in in a timely manner by efficient personal in your service department. Ford technician repaired the effective areas completely, timely. The parts for my repair was ordered one morning and delivered the next morning. This was all due to Jessica with her personable, friendly, professional experienced staff. I appreciate all the efforts made to make this a pleasant experience utilizing shuttle, valet, etc. Mentrell Jackson very pleasant. Upon arrival to receive my vehicle, I walked in and asked for Mentrell and was directed. Upon arriving to Mr. Jackson's desk, I screamed, "I'm here to file complaint!" And the faces omg!! Priceless! Great truck buying experience. Geovanni was very helpful, he went above and beyond in order for my purchase to be smooth. Finance department were very understanding since I had to leave mid-way due to work. When I came back later that night, all paperwork was completed and the process was fast.
