I saw the Expedition on the website but thought it’s probably not in stock. To my surprise I received a very courteous text from Michael. From that point on the process of owning an Expedition was the easiest! Everyone at the dealership was amazing and the buying experience was so quick. I did not have to spend the entire day there! My car was worked on in a timely manner, it was taken fast and ready no complaints. But, I had to keep calling for explanation and I continued to have to remind the reps I had a warranty.

Everyone was courteous and extremely nice, unlike the people at Mac Haik Ford. While my truck was in the service department, the advisor updated me and my truck was taken care of and no time at all. I'm very pleased.
