Juan, the service advisor, was great and kept me posted for my truck. He even asked what my balance was on Ford Pass, which I forgot about. Service was paid for 100%.

I took my car in for a recall and wanted a transmission service along with key fob program problem. Chris Murz worked with me to get all the the work done the same day. When I picked up the car my original key fob no longer worked. Chris told me to come back and he then helped me resolve that issue as well.

Joe Myers was very fast and efficient. I dropped my car off in the morning and the service was complete within a couple hours and was able to return and pick it up same day
