Joe Myers Kia always makes scheduling easy, and Isaac answers al of my questions, along with being professional and friendly.
Was met right away by Brian and written up. The place was all new wit a nice clean area withn coffee and snacks to enjoy while waiting.
Service was completed successfully but not on time. I will be back as it was overall a good experience

Quick and reliable. Modern dealer with updated installation. Losses 1 star because twice I had to ask why the service offered at schedule time (and recommended by manufacturer) is hundreds of dollars less than what they tell me I should get when I am dropping the vehicle. I don't want to feel like I'm fighting their system but 2 times it has happened now.

great guys at Mazda, really expert with their stuff took a little longer to have them fixed my car because what I thought was a simple issue wasnt simple at all. But they provided me a courtesy car to use . Got them inspect it too for my upcoming registration renewal. Always good to fo back at your own dealer
