Issac Cox was my service advisor. He is very nice and professional. He kept me informed on the progress on service being made on my vehicle. I am grateful for the 90 days no interest plan that I qualified for to pay for the car repairs. I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Elizabeth Samuels and speaking with her. I was also able to speak with Mrs. Alex, the car sales Rep. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

I was able to book an oil change quickly and easily by email and happy with the treatment I received, however, I did feel the cost was excessive for an oil change...

As with all my other times at Joe Myers KIA, the service was exceptional. I was greeted promptly and pleasantly. I was called when ready and the services were done correctly. They performed a Multi-Point inspection, but I did not receive a copy of the results. They did change my oil& filter that I provided, both Mobil One.
