Marc Gonzalez the service representative was able to duplicate the steering wheel binding up which in turn rendered the vehicle driving severely impacted. After several attempts to clear the binding steering the technician spent several hours testing for any loose connections to the electronics. Its my understanding that there was a loose ground somewhere in one of the electronic wiring harnesses. No fun looking for a needle in a haystack. A job well done! Thank you to all Joe Myers personnel!

Too long of a story. They finally got my problem fixed. It was a recall. The major issue is not the tech or reps it is they do not have anyone to answer the phones. This is at Joe Myers on 290. So I drive by to talk to someone. Shouldn't have to do that. I am sure Joe Myers makes plenty of money to afford a receptionist- cashier.
