A better communication with Jason. And if he would change the way he talks to his customers even better. He has a bad attitude and doesn't remember conversations you have with him.

Communication was poor between all parties.
Communication was poor, and Joel was rude to say the least. We were given a specific close date and not told we were missing items for closing til the day before. We had to cancel installations, movers, my sons bus schedule and furniture delivery. On top of that they gave us a lot of crap for buying furniture and told us we need more money in savings for closing and wanted us to choose between our furniture and our house. We were told by the closing agent we had to return our furniture.
Towards the end, there was no communication and no support. You supported the realtor, Priscilla Trevino to treat clients as if we don’t matter. There was no common courtesy to call us after she did what she did nor did y’all attempt to help. After everything we had been through, we feel as if we were taken advantage. We overall had a horrible experience and will not be referring anyone.
1-I was asked to get a quote and then purchase homeowner's insurance from USAA and later was offered Goosehead policy with lower premiums . This was confusing and unnecessary. I would have preferred to have been offered the Goosehead policy originally, and I know very little about homeowner insurance policies. 2-I was asked for a letter explaining my reason for moving to Texas. My verbal statements should have been enough. Besides, I lived here in Texas while I was on active duty.
