I felt that throughout the loan process, there were some small communications that didn’t make it all the way through the team pipeline the first time. I think it’s a subtle learning opportunity and do not hold it against CityWide. I think our experience after these communications were addressed was great!
I felt our time, opinions, and values were respected throughout the loan process. I appreciated having what I felt was quick response time from our loan officer and his team, including relevant and meaningful phone calls that clarified and educated my wife and I throughout our homebuying experience to date.
Joel and his team were very responsive and answered all of our questions, even when we needed to hear the information multiple times to digest it. The service felt personalized.
Joel Stice made sure I understood every detail before continuing to the next step. Patience, knowledge, and experience is what made me feel comfortable with citywide. They definitely will treat you like one of their own and won’t stop looking for solutions until you are content.
