I felt that throughout the loan process, there were some small communications that didn’t make it all the way through the team pipeline the first time. I think it’s a subtle learning opportunity and do not hold it against CityWide. I think our experience after these communications were addressed was great!

I felt our time, opinions, and values were respected throughout the loan process. I appreciated having what I felt was quick response time from our loan officer and his team, including relevant and meaningful phone calls that clarified and educated my wife and I throughout our homebuying experience to date.
