This is the 2nd time Joel and his team have helped us with a loan. Thing about Joel...He's not real pretty, but he know's his stuff, and he cares about people and doing the right thing for them. Joel, Heather, and the other team members were willing to answer every dumb question I had, and more importantly they are patient and kind.
