Working with Joel and his team was an exceptional experience. He is extremely knowledgeable but so down-to-earth; instead of talking down to you, he finds out what your understanding is about things, fills in the blanks, and then brings you up to his level. There are no hidden agendas, no last-minute costs or forms, and no radio silence. I always had a response from either Joel or his team to anything I needed within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone without hesitation.
I felt that throughout the loan process, there were some small communications that didn’t make it all the way through the team pipeline the first time. I think it’s a subtle learning opportunity and do not hold it against CityWide. I think our experience after these communications were addressed was great!
