This restaurant is one of the worst restaurants we have been to. It was my wife and I anniversary. Once we arrived at Joey's Aventura. No one greeted us for a while. We were not offered the complimentary champagne. After a while we were seated. Our waitress was very unprofessional and had very poor communication. This place was overpriced for just pub food. I did not know that it is a chain We went to Joey to celebrate my son’s 19th birthday. He ordered the lobster spaghetti, which was plated like a Denny’s pasta plate, nothin’ special for $43. My other son ordered Steak and Sushi for $75, and again Sushi look like it could’ve came from Publix with sliced steak. Nothing special. The price is the price. I get it. There’s a lot of overhead. The service was terrible and I have been to JOEY several times so I know what the standard is. Our server was pushy, she was not accommodating whatsoever and she was not attentive to our table.

When we showed up to our reservation we were told the kitchen was closed. You shouldn’t allow reservations to be made if you aren’t serving anymore!
