Everything was good but the pop was flat so it did not taste good
Need a better way to handle reservations when busy.
Quite disappointing. I have been to this restaurant so many times and never had a bad experience until yesterday. Made a reservation weeks in advance to watch the oilers game. I even made a note to please sit us near a TV and also was in contact with a staff member. I couldn’t stress enough that we want to watch the game. However, we were sitting on a table that you could not see the TV. Of course, we didn’t stay. Waste of our time.
They food was amazing, but the service was sub-par. He wasn’t that busy and yet he hardly interacted with us.
We go to this restaurant often and they’ve just recently changed the menu. I don’t mind change sometimes but so disappointed they took the sliders away! Everything on the menu is getting so pricey that it is making it a hard choice to go without some reasonably priced items. They also removed the strip loin prior to that and now only have sirloin or tenderloin. It’s one of my favourite restaurants so I’m sad that it’s becoming one of the most expensive ones in the area
It was game day so I understand things are busy pre-game, BUT… this doesn’t give the restaurant the right to skimp on the drinks- ordered doubles that literally barely tasted like anything in it, and they were “supers” with little to NO slush, what’s the point of ordering a super if you can’t enjoy the slush!! My only complaints were about portions and the dessert was just okay, not worth the cost. They offered a taster drink for free to see if we liked the drink we were thinking of ordering so that was amazing. The restaurant itself was super nice and just a great ambience. I got the steak and ravioli and although it tasted really good, the portion was pretty small compared to my girlfriends who got steak and mashed potatoes. Service was Outstanding , Steak was nothing special and they sent out raw salmon (which was taken off the bill).
