We were having our 30th wedding anniversary, lovely reception from hostess, but the information she tried to relay about our anniversary didn’t get transmitted to the wait staff, who were nice, but didn’t get a desert or anything, and our waitress had no idea. Overall it’s a great place to eat, but their recent change to the happy hour menu makes happy hour more of a sad hour. You’ll rather buy the full priced meals than eat off the sad hour menu.
We sat outside on patio, which was why it was quiet and there were very few other diners on patio with us. Service was extremely slow. We barely saw our waitress. Disappointed to see 4 drinks costing far more than our 2 entrée and dessert! Bring $!

Your service/Server is not pleasant, not even giving a nice smile just a smirk 😏 and no customer service at all. Please remind her part of her job is to make her customers feel good, important for customer service. She is just like a robot and her demeanor is not at all pleasant and friendly. Maybe she do not like what she is doing. Just an observation.

It might have been because I went to eat on a busy day, but it was too difficult to get the waitress’s attention, and I lost my appetite when I saw what looked like a server assistant carrying 4-5 clean drink glasses by the rims with all fingers to the bar..
Food was amazing!!! Everything tasted great. Service was horrible. Very, very slow. Walked by many times and ignored. Knew it was a birthday and did nothing. Waited for the bill for 15+ minutes. Tipping starts at 18%. Forced to overtip when not earned. UPDATE Reached out to the manager as she request requested. NO reply.

Starter was delicious (prawn wraps) I ordered steak frites fir main which was also good but my wife chose ravioli with steak. Her steak was quite tough. Unfortunately both the mains were delivered to the table while we were still eating our starter After our main we sat for about 30-35 mins finishing our wine and no one approached to ask if we wished a sweet and we had to go to the desk to pay the bill as staff came no where near us. I had visited here about 10 years ago but very disappointed this time
