Ordered the rolls that were not fresh , notified the waiter and the manager, got the rolls back saying that the rolls were made that day . Service was not great , my friend asked for latte , got milk on the side instead . Extremely noisy .
Could just some noise reduction…. I had a hard time hearing the people at our table.
It was very loud we had to yell at each other my head is still ringing. I wish they had tall booths and private rooms instead of open concept. The food and the servers were great. Definitely prefer eating outside in the summertime

We have been to this location often and the experience is usually good however this occasion was disappointing. We booked a dining room table however were told one wasnt available. Only the bar had room (supposedly) so we were seated in the lounge and the greeters offered us a glass of sparkling wine which they would bring to our table. Lounger was as expected-dark, and filled with screamers… which we normally can tolerate but were with an elderly parent. Even though we were there early and it wasn’t that busy, we had horrible service. Our server even gave us attitude when we weren’t ready to order our main. We were never brought water even though our glasses were empty. We could not find our server for more than 30 minutes after finishing our meal and had to find the floor manager to pay our bill. The food was fine, but really poor service.
Once we were served it was really good service but we waited over 20 minutes to be greeted by our waitress and order drinks.
We had a reservation in the dining room and we were told they were overbooked so we were seated in the lounge. The lounge was very very loud, which is why we had specifically made a reservation in the dining room. We ended up leaving and going to Earl’s Kitchen which was excellent and not deafening.
