The food was lovely but service terrible. Tasty crab starter but had only just commenced eating and mains were put in front of us which we declined although pressured to accept. Eventually took mains away and recooked our mains which were again tasty BUT when I finished mine and my wife still eating, my plate was taken and offered to order desserts! At that point asked for manager who was polite and apologetic and didn’t charge us. Never had this service anywhere in the World!
Way too many people for way too few servers resulted in poor service but not the server’s fault.
Good food and service. Why do they have music so loud? It’s a restaurant not a nightclub!
We love Joey restaurants and I will preface by saying the manager was delightful and comped our bottle of wine. Our service was inadequate. She couldn’t understand a substitution of vegetables for pasta, our sample tastes of wine we’re taking so long that we just said to forget it and randomly picked a bottle of wine because we didn’t want a lot left after dinner and would have liked to enjoy a glass while waiting. Booked in advance for our 10 year wedding anniversary celebration. Ordered some cocktails which took quite a while to come which was fine as it was quite busy. I got the steak and ravioli and my husband got the lobster spaghetti. Both meals were cold however we were very hungry so my husband ate his without saying something. It was tasty but cold. I was pretty disappointed tonight. It took 15 minutes for a server to even acknowledge us with water or a drink. And then all we ordered was appies and they were all cold when they came out
Overall it’s a great place to eat, but their recent change to the happy hour menu makes happy hour more of a sad hour. You’ll rather buy the full priced meals than eat off the sad hour menu.
We sat outside on patio, which was why it was quiet and there were very few other diners on patio with us. Service was extremely slow. We barely saw our waitress. Disappointed to see 4 drinks costing far more than our 2 entrée and dessert! Bring $!

Your service/Server is not pleasant, not even giving a nice smile just a smirk 😏 and no customer service at all. Please remind her part of her job is to make her customers feel good, important for customer service. She is just like a robot and her demeanor is not at all pleasant and friendly. Maybe she do not like what she is doing. Just an observation.
