Food was amazing!!! Everything tasted great. Service was horrible. Very, very slow. Walked by many times and ignored. Knew it was a birthday and did nothing. Waited for the bill for 15+ minutes. Tipping starts at 18%. Forced to overtip when not earned. UPDATE Reached out to the manager as she request requested. NO reply.

Starter was delicious (prawn wraps) I ordered steak frites fir main which was also good but my wife chose ravioli with steak. Her steak was quite tough. Unfortunately both the mains were delivered to the table while we were still eating our starter After our main we sat for about 30-35 mins finishing our wine and no one approached to ask if we wished a sweet and we had to go to the desk to pay the bill as staff came no where near us. I had visited here about 10 years ago but very disappointed this time
Our server was named Alicia or something like that and she honestly wasn’t very helpful or nice. I was there with my friends for my birthday which I had noted in the reservation and she didn’t even ask or do anything special. And I’ve been to this location before with friends for their birthdays so I know how it’s supposed to be and usually the service is great but this time just wasn’t.

It was incredibly loud and we had to share our table with another couple. Food and drinks were okay, certainly not worth what they charge
Overall, mid. Nothing special on the menu. Disappointed with the beverage menu being largely not Canadian/BC, given all the local options.
Downtown location, Our server was great. We were a party of 3, ordered a few appies, taking our time before a show. Ordered dinner and drinks . Drinks were great. Our dinners came less than 6 minutes after ordering, the burgers were room temp and the fries were cold. Sent back the fries , ate the tepid burgers. They were good about it but obviously our meals were cooked before we ordered or they would have been hot upon arrival. Busy Saturday night. Normally love Joey! Not organized, very crowded. Services was just ok. Asked for share plate, had to ask again … over all place felt hectic and non relaxing at the same time the energy was not uplifting… they were trying and were pleasant… can’t put my finger on it, but won’t be going back!
Terrible service, good food and nice ambience in the bar area.
