Maddie helped us out today, she was very helpful and kind. She knew a lot about the menu and was able to tell us all about it. She was enthusiastic and fun !!

This was our first experience dining at Joey’s. It took at least 20 minutes for our waitress to come and take our order. Once the food came the salmon dinner was good however the steak came cold. I waited for a while for the waitress to return but gave up. We ate our full dinner before she returned to our table and was surprised when I told her the steak came cold. The service was amazing! Food was delicious, although we feel like the chicken Parmesan should have a spicy warning as the pasta was incredibly spicy. Also find it odd that they don’t do anything for birthdays.

Amazing experience at Joey Coquitlam. From our hostess Hadia, who was so attentive, to our server Claudia; from the food to the atmosphere - 10/10. Definitely recommend the Chicken Parmesan as our favourite menu item. We can’t wait to be back!

Oir steak was undercooked. The staff was great about it and took it back and cooked it to our liking but the cut was way too chewy. Left me disappointed but the sides were great
