My wife, daughter and niece came to Joeys for early Sunday dinner. This is one of my wife's favorite restaurants. We had Brett as our server and were happy to have him as we've had him serve us on a few occasions before. The food and drinks were great and Brett was outstanding as always!
We came on a Sunday at 6:15 and the restaurant was 1/2 full. The greeters were very friendly and our server was great. Food price is similar to other "same" grade restaurants and the food was hot and fresh when they arrived at our table. Our server was attentive when needed as we don't like servers that hovers.
A quiet patio experience in a quite hard to find location. Food is as expected.
The service was fantastic! Requests were accommodated promptly.

Excellent experience. Our server Brett was absolutely amazing. He made suggestions to accommodate dietary needs, super friendly, attentive, responsive and is the main reason we keep returning to Joey Coquitlam.
Brett was our server and it was an amazing experience-he listened , he was thoughtful and very genuine and attentive to our requests without question!!! To have this amazing young man go beyond was a great way to end our week!!! Brett thank-you!!!
We found hair in our gyoza We did get a new one but was still charged for it Disappointing it was northern care of We come to this location often First time not impressed with service
Waiter was very inattentive. It was a considerable length of time before he returned to take our orders - didn't ask for bar drinks to start with as one would expect. He gave us menus and then disappeared for about 15 minutes. The drink and food orders were taken together and then it took about 15-20 mins for the drinks to come minus the round of water we asked for. Food was brought out by a different waitress.
