Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Joey’s Coquitlam! The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it perfect for a relaxed evening out. A special shoutout to Peter and Naomi for their outstanding customer service — they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great food and top-notch hospitality!

Came in again last night and sat in the lounge was greeted warmly by Jay and her bar team. We’re new to the area and Jai always takes the time to make us feel so welcomed and she always has great local recommendations! This time we got the pleasure of meeting the night manager Peter so nice to see such a lovely team

Service was great. The hostess and our server were super friendly. Our server, Naiomi, was also very helpful with the menu. I always appreciate when the service doesn’t feel automated. She made conversation with us and it didn’t feel like she did because she had to but rather wanted to. Makes the experience feel more genuine and fun.

The bar manager Jai had given us her card after we had such a wonderful time two days prior. We emailed her saying we enjoyed ourselves and were looking to return. She set up a wonderful reservation for us and was at the front to greet us upon arrival

For some unknown reason service was extremely slow. My friend waited 15 minutes before waitress came by to ask what was needed. The food order came very quickly but refills extremely slow. We were there on Friday, Oct 3, 2025. Had reservations for 6:00. My friend arrived at 5:50, got seated immediately but waited over 15 minutes before she was asked what she would like. We go to Joeys all the time. The poor service we got yesterday, I must say, is unusual.
