Dined at Joeys Vancouver numerous times. Always top notch. Decided to try Joeys Coquitlam. Nowhere near the same. Had reservation for 2. We were dressed for a higher end restaurant. Asked for a booth as we do for many restaurants. Did not know the layout but were seated in the bar at a booth. We found out later there were many booths on the other end of the restaurant away from the bar. Service was ok to start except two different servers thought we were their customers. Went to Joey yesterday and it was sooo good. Literally everything we ordered was amazing. But honestly the best part was our server Madysen, she was such a sweetheart, super attentive, and just had the best energy the whole time. She made the experience 10x better. Definitely one of the best times I’ve had eating out in a while. I’ll for sure be coming back!

Britanny was an excellent attentive server. Madysen took the time to ask us about our food desires and explain the menu, plus gave great drink suggestions.

Trey was our server and was extremely charming. He was great with my friend and I, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and the ambiance was exceptional. Definitely will be coming back.
