They always greet and acknowledge you as soon as you enter the restaurant. We received a glass of bubbly wine complementary as we waited for our table. Our waitress was new and the manager shadowed her to ensure we were treated well. If the manager had not told us and ask us how she was doing we would never had known it was her first day. This is our second time here at this location. Both times overall experience was good except it is too dark even with the candles. We had to use the flashlight on our phones to see the menu. Other than that, overall service was really good. Our server was very attentive and everyone else that assisted our table.
Food was delicious. Waitresses were super nice. We went around 8:00PM on Sunday so it was pretty quiet compared to usual. Great experience.
All around everything was just great
Vanessa our waitress was attentive and went beyond to make a memorable evening with my family.
Always enjoy my time and meal at Joeys. Food selection is great and good service.
