Very disappointed with this experience. Steak was tasteless and cooked unevenly. Requested a medium rarity and received close to well-done steak. Would not recommend.

We were first sat in a booth that our chins almost hit the table. Then we moved to a high top, which was great. We ordered our apps. And drinks. The sushi cones, which are normally exceptional were just OK. The lettuce wraps were good, but the beef was underwhelming. We would’ve ordered more, but by the time we had our appetizers we were freezing, the room was so cold . We were dressed normally in pants and long sleeved T-shirt. So it wasn’t due to what we were wearing. It was the air conditioning. Too cold.

Horrific customer service, restaurant was basically empty and it was 15 minutes to have a waiter come and greet us, the highlight was the food very tasty but we had to ask for help three different times. I would expect more from a Joey’s restaurant

If you get a booth and you are short it sucks you sit way too low

New Cobb Salard was poor, burger was inedible. Servers pleasant and efficient. Patio nice. Poor value due to expensive poor quality food.

We found hair in our gyoza We did get a new one but was still charged for it Disappointing it was northern care of We come to this location often First time not impressed with service

Waiter was very inattentive. It was a considerable length of time before he returned to take our orders - didn't ask for bar drinks to start with as one would expect. He gave us menus and then disappeared for about 15 minutes. The drink and food orders were taken together and then it took about 15-20 mins for the drinks to come minus the round of water we asked for. Food was brought out by a different waitress. I made a reservation and I mentioned in the reservation that we had two people that had walkers and they sat us in a booth very close to the front door. I specifically asked to be away from the kitchen so that we wouldn’t have to put up with people walking back-and-forth And it was just as bad by the front door. When I asked if we could go and sit in the back near where the bar is they said no they had two big parties coming in. We waited for about 25 minutes before our waitress came over to ask if we wanted a drink and was a total of 45 minutes until we received them. Food delivery was also slow. The restaurant was not busy.
