Food was good but incredibly overpriced. On top of that they've removed the option to tip 15% so as a minimum you have to tip 18% over total of food and taxes.I ended up with a $125 bill for 2 people. Service was not great, you have to chase your server for anything you need. It took us a while to be able to ask for the bill. I'll think it twice before coming back.

There appears to be no standard/protocol for the finger wipes. They either don't bring them and when asked the water is scalding hot, or they are brought way before your meal arrives, and then the wipes are cold by the time you need them.

Have always loved Joey’s but must admit since Covid the prices have sky rocketed and the portion sizes are smaller. I understand why prices have increased but to give less food is very disappointing. No one in my group left full.

Came in from -10 degree weather and the restaurant was really cold. The bathroom was actually the warmest. There was a space heater by the entrance but it either wasn't on or it was on low. Every time the doors were opened, the cold draft blew into the restaurant. Ordered the hand-pressed burger, and it looked very plain; not worth its price at all. The full-sized ribs were a bit pricey, but filling at least.

One server managed too many tables. We had to keep waiting for the server while we ate. Very disappointing. I didn't feel like I was being served.
