We had made a reservation for 6 pm asking for a booth. When we arrived at 2 minutes before, we entered a very busy place. The hostess acknowledged the reservation and we waited. Then they got confused and took as to a table of other people assuming we were joining them. Then we waited. Then they took us to a table and we reiterated a request for a booth. Service was sub par, seated fairly quickly after our reservation time. Our sever took about 15-20mins to come and give us water and start our order. He was I. A hurry, when it wasn’t that busy. Anyway, we won’t be back.
Took an hour and a half to get our dinner, manager covered food which was great but it was disappointing to wait so long. The two things we wanted to order weren’t available because they ran out of spaghetti somehow. Dined in the bar so we could watch the Canada game and Flames game. Once the Canada game finished it took about 45 min for staff to figure out how to change the channel to the flames game. The game was pretty well over by the time it was changed. Overall the whole thing was disappointing.
After being shown to our table, the host informed us that we only had 1 hour and 15 minutes to dine. I have visited many fine-dining restaurants, and I have never been subjected to a time restriction like this. No explanation was given as to how this limit was calculated. I put a special note about writing happy birthday on the dessert plate which I never got it. It happened with me second time.

The staff are lovely however poorly trained. Too rushed to clear the plates when others at the table have yet to finish. Ok know getting people in and out makes money but when people are looking to dine and visit and then rushed it makes for a poor experience.
Very slow service, multiple servers took our order for drink and not one came back with the actual drink. And they added that on our bill, luckily we checked the bill and got it right. Was not worth the time. We were in and out of the restaurant in just 45 mins.
My bill for an appetizer and glass of wine was $54, I’m shocked by the size and value to be honest.

Joeys used to have a fantastic happy hour, I haven’t been in months and it’s all changed. There’s not much selection and some items are off the happy hour menu like the chicken bites. And ebee ed n the hamburger and beef would be great but it doesn’t even include a few fries!!
