We arrived and waited for 10 minutes for someone to just give us water. Once we met with our waitress, we waited one hour for our food to arrive. This is not the Joey experience we’ve had in the past. Very unfortunate.
The patio is great and the food is good. Service was not good at all (we were ignored for half an hour before flagging someone down to tell them our server didn’t stop by yet)
Medium well steak was rare, medium rare steak was cold, so cold the compound butter was still hard in 30° weather. Server was completely incompetent. Don’t bother paying for a double highball, you don’t get it-seriously. I had three “doubles” and should have been tipsy, I wasn’t. This restaurant needs some serious overhauling, and audits by management.
The service was not great! We waited over an hour for our food. Many tables around us came, ate & left. The server did not come around very often to see if we needed anything which had us flagging down other staff for assistance. Despite informing the restaurant ahead of time about a Birthday in our group there was no acknowledgment of it during our meal. It was a disappointing time, which should’ve been a celebration!
Usual quality lacking on this visit. Happy Hour is now only in bar which is very disappointing.
Our server was excellent! Fries came out cold, she quickly got us some hot fresh fries! What have you done to the Joey’s burger????Your burgers were always my favourite, it’s been replaced with a smash burger with copious amounts of “sauce” felt like I was eating at a fast food place that has arches. Please bring back the hearty yummy cheeseburger!

my server missed my peppercorn sauce, when I followed up, she goes - it’s not part of the ‘meal’. I ordered it. Took 10 minutes to get me a very small gravy! Steak was already cold by then. oh well
May 17th was my 75th Birthday. My wife and I decided to have dinner at Joeys Crowfoot. We have been there many times before and always had a good meal This time how ever I had the Rib Eye steak I was not impressed.. For $61.00 it was 50% grizzle. I should of gone with your hamburger.. However you folks did comp the desert.
Very nice ambiance in the restaurant, but the smell from the pizza oven was like something was being smoked, and our eyes were burning and noses running by the time we left. Our clothing even smelled like it. The tuna club was amazing, but the beef burger was just OK, a little too crispy.
