Food was good server was pleasant However when booking you asked if there was an occasion I stated it was my sons 21st birthday ...no one acknowledged this ...why ask ? He was looking forward to his complimentary sweet that you normally do for special occasions

Overall bad experience, poor service from the start, food was not up to usual standard. Restaurant was quite empty and there was no reason for unfortunate experience.

The overall experience was good, however I believe the prices were up and I felt that the quality had dropped

Good venue for a late dinner on a Friday night. Cocktails are puny and expensive.

The menu has changed a lot from 1 year ago, and not in a good way. There's nothing really special about any of the menu items, stuff i can make at home for a lot less. Found it a bit sneaky that kids menus aren't on paper and they were just told to us verbally with no pricing known. My wife ordered a steak which was undercooked twice. A med-well done should not be bleeding on the plate. We were told "that is how Joey's cooks its steak". Very small portions for the price. Food tasted ok and service was great.
I made an online reservation a week out, with specific request for location in restaurant. We got there and they had just given our table away to another group. Then they put us a dark cold corner in the farthest part of the restaurant, which was unacceptable. What is the point of making a reservation with a request when your servers give our table away to a couple who walks in the door? Makes us not want to return. There are many other restaurants out there to choose from with more pleasant experiences.
It took almost an hour for our food to come. It was okay when it arrived. The manager did come and apologize, which was nice. Almost every other time when the service has been this poor the restaurant has comped a dessert or something - not this time. The cappuccino I ordered was awful. Not going to hurry back anytime soon.
When we arrived, we were told this reservation isn’t in the system. I showed text and email proof of the reservation. It was NYE so they didn’t have room in the dining area, which is totally fair. So they put us in the lounge. I am over 7 months pregnant and really had a hard time getting up and down off the lounge chairs. We really thought with the inconvenience of the reservation missing we may have been offered a slight discount, free appetizer, etc or even just an apology from a shift leader but nothing.
