Server was SLOOOOOOOOooooow. Waited forever for drinks, food slow to come out, dessert the same. Food was excellent but just painful service. Nicola was our server.
My experience at Joey was bad…the food was pretty okay and the attendant was very polite and friendly
I found the wait and the experience entirely unsatisfactory. This needs to be rectified in the future. The food was very good when it arrived however our entire party was upset with the time it took to get our food.
Staff did everything right except they forgot us at the end and we had to chase them for the bill!
Extremely dissatisfied. The quality of the food was horrendous. It came out cold and without flavour. The service was terrible. Had to ask multiple times for the same thing, something as simple as cutlery/utensils/someone to clear empty plates. Even our espressos came out cold. Maybe the food and the coffee wouldn’t come out cold if the servers were attentive rather than being on their phones. And then I’m expected to pay minimum 18% tip? For what? Reservation app needs work. It was confusing and was very frustrating. I have been a customer a for several years, you have a very good franchise, booking a table should be easy. You have to get right, it is a poor first impression and not representative of your restaurant. I’d rather do my income tax than use your reservation app 🤯
The food was great. But the service was super slow. Our dine in lasted a total of 3 hrs. Most of it was staring at the table or at our empty dishes. Our waitress was super nice. But I wonder if she’s handling too many tables before she gets to ours??
Very Poor service , food quality not great and small portions
Service was horrible, felt completely ignored the whole night and attitude was constantly given by multiple staff. Mentioned it was for a birthday dinner, presents were on the table, and staff had not mentioned anything; although other tables received birthday treatment.
