It's always a hit and miss when ordering steak. You tell them how you would like your steak cooked but it doesn't usually come like that. Disappointing. Drinks were good and server as well.

One of the dishes was off and made one of my guests feel ill which turned me off my meal as well. Hard way to impress and woo a new client.

Appetizers were great, took awhile for them to take our order. I ordered a steak - medium rare - and it was well done.

Honestly it was worst service we have had at your restaurant ever. We had at least 3 servers and it seemed like none of them ever followed thru. Initially we were waiting for another couple and no one offered water or anything. After eventually getting 4 waters, they took the food order, but we weren’t asked if we wanted any drinks so later one friend asked a couple times just to get a soda. I’ve been coming to this Joey for years and this time I felt the shrink flation, the portion sizes were smaller.

Service was non existence. Our server took 20 minutes to greet us. Our water was wasn’t refilled in a timely manner. We had to ask for it several times. Our drinks were done a while and server did not come by to ask if we wanted more. Only checked on us once shortly after our meals came. Food was over cooked we asked for medium rare steak but it was close to well done and medium. Normally they’re good on fridays when we go but this time we went on a Saturday and the service and food was not good.
