Music is loud for business lunches. Staff seemed awkward and I was almost knocked over by a host who was so excited about her dress she didn't even see me in her path.
Food was good but server did not check in with sufficient frequency particularly towards the end when we were trying to leave.
The manager ignored us while we waited for table reserved. Poor judgement was deployed causing my entire family with kids and a senior to wait unprecedentedly. When we finally get the table there was a leak from the roof where star dripped on us. When advised of this situation there was absolutely no concession made for us. Great food good ambience service was very very slow waited 45 minutes for the food!
I made the reservation about a week ago and when Icgotcthere m6 table was not ready. I waited roughly 19 to 15 minutes to be seated which ade 0 sense and it was very noisy
Server was lost and seemed very new…either under staffed or under trained
Service was so slow for a Sunday evening. The restaurant wasn’t full and it took our server about 20 minutes after arriving to come to the table and then we had to ask someone to find her again so we can pay the bill. Not the service we are used to - very disappointed.
Out 8:30 reservation were not ready ,went to bar orders drinks ,we were told to sit at the bar where it was tight between all other customers ,we chose not to a d sat on the party table (long) in front of bar (bar tender acknowledged us there ). Manager comes to us to force us to pay for the drinks because we’re not sitting at the bar. Most horrible experience it’s not even worth leaving a review such a long review. I plan on calling to speak to a manager regarding my experience.
