Overpriced food. Happy hour menu shrunk. Server denied that the pasta pomodoro was a part of the happy hour, which it was btw since my friends and I had done happy hour numerous times. Server was inattentive as well. Never going back here again.
It was my birthday, and Joey is my favourite restaurant, so I went to celebrate there. I felt like once I ordered meals, the server wasn't passing by enough after to check on us, maybe because we did not order alcoholic drinks, or she was busy, but still wasn't the best service. At the end, my friend told her it was my birthday and if we could get the dessert menu, she said no problem and took more than 15 min for her to come with a nice treat on the house that I appreciated, but not the dessert menu, and not even a candle s... read more
We have dined here before and the service was fine, but it was not on this last visit. We were ignored after being seated. There was no cutlery on the table and this stayed the same way till our food arrived. Our server got sidetracked as she was getting us the cutlery. I had asked for a side with our meal which did not arrive with the rest of the meal because it was forgotten. In addition, the restaurant was not busy at this point (it was by the time we finished our meal and left).
