I had a reservation for two people at 8:45 PM on New Year’s Eve. It took a long time before anyone came to take our order. I understand it was very busy, but since reservations are limited to two hours, I expected our order to be taken more promptly. Poor service from our server Mercedes and her team! Everything felt rushed and superficial. The food quality was poor, and felt like it was reheated instead of fresh. The place was packed and the tables were crammed together, making it impossible to chat. We were 4 people in a table meant for 2, so all of our plates were uncomfortably shoved onto the table. Took 10 minutes for our server to greet us. Our appetizers came at the same time as our food. We had to ask multiple times for refills on drinks. Server wasn’t very friendly when we told her we were disappointed in the arrival of the food she pretty much ignored the table until it was time to pay. She did take a few drinks off the bill but doesn’t take the bad taste out of our mouths.

This visit started out poorly with our seating. I made a request in the reservation to not be seated at the bar. The table options of Bar, patio, bar patio standard etc. doesn’t make sense to anyone who doesn’t work in your restaurant. When we asked to get a table instead of 3 guests at the bar for a business lunch, we were told no because they prioritize larger parties. One of my guest's chicken was cold and they took forever for my order of chocolate cake. Lava cake was like warm only. Also place was loud. Not conducive for conversation.
