We arrived at 7:30 PM and asked for a table for two on the patio. The hostess told us there would be at least a 30-minute wait, which surprised us because there appeared to be several open tables. When we expressed our surprise, she suggested we try another restaurant across the street instead. Despite feeling put off, we decided to put our name down and take a short walk. We have dined here many of them before, usually enjoy it. Last night every aspect minus food taste was not good. We had 5 servers? It was a bit after normal supper on a Sunday and music was beyond loud, not even sure why. Took 25 mins to get a coke, lemonade, Caesar and milk for tea. No clue who our server actually was but our entire section looked to be in the same spot as we were time wise.

Not sure if the bar had staff in training but it was incredibly slow to get our drinks out. Service was also mediocre that day. She wasn't easily available. Never really came to check in regularly

Too loud. Too slow. Mediocre overpriced food. People have to go back to work. It took nearly 2 hours for lunch. I will never return.

Steak and sushi was very oily and the sushi was horrible but the bake apple pie was the best it was so good

I booked a table of 8 for my daughter’s bday party, she’s was so excited to take pics of her birthday. You would think since I mentioned that it is a birthday during the booking they would seat us at a nicer area and table, nope they sat us at the entrance with 2 small circle tables. My daughter was devastated and ruined her birthday. However waitress and service was amazing and for that I tipped well as our bill was ~$400. But this will be the last time I will ever bring my family for a bday party.
