Went with 10 people, most of whom came out of town; Miami and Panama. The servers were extremely rude and short. Everyone at the table was very well behaved but the server was giving attitude the whole time and we were there at 2 so it wasnt busy. We asked for the bill and the waitress disappeared and didn't return, so we were all late for meetings. Very uncomfortable sitting there with work peers for so long with table cleared and no service. This was a very negative ending to the celebration lunch. Finally someone excused themselves to the washroom and grabbed her on the way by.

Frequent disturbances with new customers don’t know where to go.
The restaurant was busy but not full and the service was very slow. Our server had to be reminded by her manager to come and take our order for dinner. We got at our table at 18:20, drinks @ 18:35, place our order 18:45 and received our main course at 19:30. My meal was excellent but my husband asked for his steak medium-rare and it was medium at the best. We usually go there during the week and never had any issues, so maybe the weekend staff is not as organized or???

Sadly, we were disappointed, as we were celebrating a milestone birthday and I mentioned it in the reservation but no one made any effort to offer a dessert or any birthday wishes. The server we had seemed like she would have rather been somewhere else than working. It made our experience very underwhelming.
We sat out on the patio and it was so incredibly loud that I could barely hear my date. It took almost 15 mins for a waitress to come get our drink order and easily another 20 for our food. I had the tofu bowl and my date had the chicken club which was really disappointing. The chicken was overcooked and dry. The side salad was also soggy. Unlikely we'll return!

Went from a regular customer to boycotted. Appalling service levels and food this time, so much so that I won't be back.
Overall very disappointed The food was decent, though small portions for value. The waitress had no idea what she was serving (did not know what the Cobb salad was...and could bot explain the meals). Food came out staggered in a way that made the evening very uncomfortable for the table..half the main dishes came out ..group waiting 20 min for the remaining 2 and food getting cold.
