We had a slight mistake with one of our orders & our server Jordan ,graciously took care of it 👍 The manager also came by to make sure we were happy ,,,, Great service along with superb customer care ( not easily found these days ) Can't wait to return !
It was our Anniversary and our waitress was outstanding! Pleasant, fun and professional! The food was amazing, very happy with it overall.

Always good! One of my fav places to eat in Kelowna. And last night, they surprised us with a free dessert as well…the crème brule cheesecake! It was delicious! 😋

Overall, a good experience although we did have some trouble with seating arrangements. The service wasn't particularly attentive and servers forgot requests such as table settings and took a while with drink orders, etc. Granted, it was Saturday night and quite busy. On a strong note, the food was great and the quality of work being done in the kitchen was apparent.

Food was good, and really fast. Service was slow, and excuses for drinks being delayed. Also was not “upsold” sides for pasta. Asked for garlic toast while getting meal. Only was given 2 menus for 4 ppl. Asked if kids menu available? Not physical menu but they do have options. At time of bill had to ask for to go box. A lot of prompting for things that should be second nature with serving at a restaurant. 3 star experience.

Staff were easy to deal with & professional. Only a slight issue with the steak & sushi combo, it came out after three of us were already served our meals. Sounded like someone missed putting the order in. Birthday cheese cake was a very nice touch.
