Ordered from them and they made an honest mistake but they corrected it IMMEDIATELY and I was very impressed. Their food is top notch and their Manager Sarah is incredible! I recommend this restaurant 10/10 times.

I was super impressed with service last night. My best friends and I dined at Joey Kelowna last night and we had Emily as a server. She payed close attention to detail to our drinks, let us try a few wines to find the right one for us; and her sweet demeanour and easygoing personality made our night even better! Long story short I ordered something not realizing it wasn’t vegan, which of course I am. Our waitress Jennifer was so sweet & helpful when I let her know, her manager Kelsey came over & helped me find something I could eat & managed to get it out to me so quickly. Amazing service, those girls deserve raises !
