Server was off the chain funny and nice
A favourite restaurant for family and friends. Consistently good fool without an exorbitant price tag. The wait staff are friendly, attentive, and make sure they understand what your requests are. A visit to Joey's is always on the agenda when my family visit from out of town and we have never been disappointed. I recommend this restaurant to all.
*just wanted to update that I did not ever receive a call or email from the restaurant as their response indicated. Sadly we had a surprisingly disappointing experience. We have eaten at many Joeys locations and normally have a great experience. It was our anniversary and we sat on the patio. Our experience started out okay but went majorly downhill. It was my wife and my anniversary. 52 Years. Ordered 2 entries and 2 meals. Entries were good. My wife's meal was cold and was sent back. Manager apologised and said she was having a new one made and it would be out soon. I ate alone. When it came it was not even close to what she ordered. Lobster Spaghetti atlantic lobster, prawns, white wine, shallots, cherry tomatoes, italian parsley, lobster-lemon butter sauce. No Lobster and no shrimp. $36.00. She ate it anyway. We had reserved a table on 7/27 for a friends birthday and felt the service was poor, and did not get the experience expected for a special occasion. However, Sareena, the manager, had reached out and apologized, and asked for us to come back for a better experience. We came back on 7/28 and the server, Maggie, as well as the day manager, gave us an amazing five star experience and took care of us the whole night!

Hi First let me say I really love Joeys and have gone many times. Last evening we went with another couple and we were all disappointed. This is the first time ever I have been disappointed with Joeys. First, I ordered the blackened chicken, my favorite dish at Joeys. Brooke our server informed me it was not available. My steak was not good. It was extremely chewy. Poor value for what I was served.
