Good came out late- I order chicken katau salad and it came without chicken at all. Kitchen took so long to bring it my companions dinner was over. Terrible

Food and drinks were good, but unfortunately service lacked. Server was present for first round of drinks and food then seemed to disappear, had to flag down other workers for drinks every single time after a long wait despite a mainly empty section. We are an understanding group with all past service industry workers so we have much grace, but this experience fell extremely short. Tried again a second time and similar experience to last visit to Kelowna. Extremely slow and disorganized service. Had servers try to deliver multiple rounds of food and beverages to our table that we didn’t order. Had to ask for cutlery(?). My th a poke bowl was all rice … my husbands blacken chicken was all sauce and no coleslaw and less chicken. There are our favorite dishes and why we come there … service was excellent just disappointed in our dishes :(

Party of 5 squished into a table for 2-3. Same table behind us had 2- yes 2- people. 3 of my party had steak with a sh*t ton of peppercorns- the said peppercorns were NOT noted on menu anywhere. Just a surprise, I guess. Service was good- thankfully.

We came for birthday and and Father’s Day and service was not the greatest server was really nice but unfortunately we felt as though we weren’t served the same as other tables took us over 1 hour to get our food and no birthday dessert they packed up brownies to go but not impressed. Food was good thought

Been to Joey 5x this year. By far the worst experience yet. Cold food, had to wait and ask for water, shouldn’t have bothered it tasted like it came out of a garden hose. Cheap fast food napkins, overall just wasn’t worth the money or the expected 18% minimum tip. Probably won’t be back.

Only the food was fantastic. Drinks were mediocre. Service was poor. Told us the patio would be heated, it was not. We left freezing. Had to ask the server 3 times for napkins and 2 times for something else. Not attentive servers. Great food was the only saving grace of this place.
