The service was ok. The food is absolutely disgusting. This is the worst location I’ve been too. Over priced for what you get

hey guys. as a bar owner i thought i would point out a couple things that as an owner i would hope they did a bit differently. i understand this a large corporation and we fall on deaf ears. we ordered drinks and a appetizer at the same time. kitchen must be running on treadmills as the appetizer was at our table before the drinks or the cutlery. so our appetizer sat getting cold until we got our accessories. we then ordered our meals. we basically had our meals before our second drink. unfortunately i didn’t say anything to... read more
Service was poor. Waited 15-20 mins just for drinks. Then only one of our drinks came. Took 20mins to take our order. The worst service we had there.

Having worked in the food service industry for over 10 years, I genuinely empathize with servers, bussers, and expediters, especially during busy shifts. That said, being busy doesn’t excuse a lack of communication with your tables. Service on Saturday night was exceptionally slow from the start. It took over five minutes for our table to even be acknowledged. Second year in a row the wife and I book in for Valentines. I don’t know if it’s new management or owners, but don’t think we will be back. We had our first date here when it was Joey’s Tomato about 20 plus years ago. We have been going half a dozen times a year but the last few years haven’t been the best. Food is always good. It’s the service and atmosphere that makes it not work it anymore.
